The "Datian County Kunyuan Machinery Industry and Trade Co., Ltd. " under its banner was established in 2007 and the factory was built in Luoshan Town, Jinjiang. Due to the requirements of the general environment and the need for business expansion, it operated until 2018 and was relocated to the Foundry Industrial Park in Datian County, Sanming City in 2019. The factory building covers an area of about 15, 000 square meters, and the complex building is 1, 300 square meters. It has two sets of 2.5-ton intermediate frequency induction furnaces, four resin sand production lines and a large annealing furnace and complete supporting facilities. The monthly output reaches more than 1, 200 tons. Since the establishment of the factory, it has successively obtained the titles of "above-scale enterprises" in Datian, "national high-tech enterprises", "science and technology small giants" and "enterprises that value contracts and keep promises". Currently, it is applying for "specialized, refined, distinctive, and new" and "excellent enterprises" in Datian. And it has eighteen utility model patents and one invention patent. The main cast products are: Shoe machine oil cylinders, the four major parts of knitting circular knitting machines, the four major parts of precision grinding machines, machine tool beds and other ductile iron and gray cast iron in two categories.

At the beginning of 2023, another "Jinjiang Kuntai Machinery Co., Ltd. " mainly engaged in mechanical processing and manufacturing was registered, engaging in the processing and assembly of precision grinding machines and the processing and assembly of knitting circular knitting machines. The factory covers an area of more than 9, 000 square meters and the complex building is 1, 200 square meters. The factory has 6 CK5116 CNC vertical lathes, 4 large Y31125E type gear hobbing machines, 4 X3016 gantry milling machines, 4 Z3050*16 type radial drilling machines, 2 M7160 type surface grinding machines, 2 KV-JHT300 type double-sided milling machines, 2 VMC850 horizontal machining centers and 2 VL866 vertical machining centers and other processing equipment. It has realized the integrated production scale from blank to processing and then to assembly. We really have a clear understanding of the control of quality. Our processing factory mainly processes and manufactures M618/M400/M450 series of precision small grinding machines, 38-inch and 34-inch single-sided and double-sided open-width machines and accessories. The monthly production of precision grinding machines is more than 200 units, and the monthly production of circular knitting machines is more than 100 units.
